Eastern Oregon Nonprofit Leaders Speak to Grantmakers

Funders from across the region are finding unique ways to engage partners and support the needs in rural communities. These innovative partnerships build on the capacity of rural nonprofits to create community resiliency.

“Philanthrophy’s Role in Rural Community Resiliency” was the topic at GOSW’s Third Thursday on September 19, 2013. Panelists shared their experiences as community practitioners who have worked with their philanthropic partners to create a new vision for the future of their communities.
